Customer Surveys
Share Your Thoughts and Help Us Improve
Our Customer Survey Community is open to all customers who would like to help shape the future of Improved Health.
Throughout the year, we'll occasionally send short surveys covering topics such as our products, website experience, educational content, packaging, customer service and future ideas we may be considering. Most surveys take no more than a few minutes to complete, but the insights we gain from them are incredibly valuable.
As a small independent business, some of our best improvements come directly from listening to the people who use our products every day. Whether it's identifying something we could do better, sharing ideas for future products, or simply letting us know what we're getting right, every piece of feedback helps us continue improving.
As a thank you for taking part, every completed survey will automatically enter you into our monthly customer prize draw. Each month, one participant will be selected at random to receive a £50 Improved Health online voucher.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and you're free to complete as many or as few surveys as you'd like.

Product Testing & Focus Group
Help Shape Future Products Before Launch
For customers who would like to become more involved, we're also creating a dedicated Product Testing & Focus Group Panel.
This programme is designed for individuals who enjoy providing detailed feedback and would like the opportunity to help influence future product development. Members may be invited to test selected lab-certified products before launch, review packaging concepts, participate in online discussions, contribute to research projects, and provide valuable insight into how products perform in real-world settings.
Because product testing opportunities are limited and often project-specific, places within the panel will be managed through an application process. This allows us to build a diverse community of participants with different experiences, interests and perspectives while ensuring testing opportunities are matched to the most suitable individuals.
As a thank you for their time and contribution, selected participants may receive product samples, wellness boxes, early access opportunities and exclusive invitations to future testing projects.
We value honest feedback above all else. Positive, neutral and constructive feedback are equally important and help us create better products, services and educational resources for the wider community.

How The Two Programmes Work Together
The Customer Survey Community and Product Testing & Focus Group Panel are separate programmes that serve different purposes.
The Customer Survey Community is open to everyone and focuses on gathering broad feedback from our customer base. The Product Testing & Focus Group Panel is a smaller application-based programme designed for more in-depth research and product development activities.
Joining the Customer Survey Community does not automatically enrol you into the Product Testing Panel. However, survey members are welcome to apply for product testing opportunities, and active participants may occasionally be invited to take part in future projects where appropriate.
This approach helps us gather both wide-ranging customer feedback and detailed product insights while creating opportunities for more members of our community to get involved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to join the survey community before applying for product testing?
No. The two programmes operate independently. However, customers who actively engage with our surveys may occasionally receive invitations to future focus group opportunities where relevant.
Am I guaranteed product samples if I apply?
No. Applying for the Product Testing & Focus Group Panel registers your interest but does not guarantee selection for every testing opportunity. Invitations will depend on project requirements, product availability and participant suitability.
Can I join both programmes?
Yes. You are welcome to join the Customer Survey Community and also apply for the Product Testing & Focus Group Panel. Participation in one programme does not affect your eligibility for the other.
Is there any cost to take part?
No. Both programmes are completely free to join.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw from either programme at any time.
